Evaluate the BWS stereo product in your home with your own ancillary equipment. If you're not completely satisfied and convinced that BWS equipment is the best stereo investment for you, simply return the unit to BWS at 5609 N. 23rd Street Arlington, VA 22205 by prepaid shipping and insured for the purchase price with all the original packaging within 35 days and BWS will refund you (less a pre-agreed audition charge) provided the following does not apply.

BWS stereo components are handcrafted, high-resolution electronic equipment. We require that you excercise reasonable care of our equipment while it is in your possession. In the event the chassis has been opened whereby the calibration sticker is broken and/or repair is necessary because the unit was altered, damaged by misuse, tampering or improper handling, BWS will deduct a maximum of 35% of your refund for payment of such repairs. BWS will inspect all returned product within 24 hours of its receipt and notify you by immediately if misuse or damage has been observed.

If you have paid BWS by credit card, BWS will refund your money by crediting your credit card within 48 hours of the product inspection as indicated above. If you have paid by check, BWS will refund your money by check via US Postal Priority Mail.
