This limited warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of a BWS Consulting stereo product. A purchase receipt or other proof of date of original purchase will be required before warranty performance is rendered. BWS Consulting will repair any BWS Consulting product excluding vacuum tubes with new, used or rebuilt parts without charge for parts and labor for five (5) years from the date of original purchase. Vacuum tubes are warranted for two (2) years from the date of original purchase. Vacuum tubes that have been subjected to improper handling or physical abuse are not covered. BWS requires that the owner send the defective vacuum tubes to BWS Consulting prior to their replacement.

This limited warranty only covers defects in materials or workmanship which occur during normal use. It does not cover any damage by shipment, accident, misuse, or improper handling or operation. Products that have been altered, opened whereby the calibration sticker is removed or broken, or if the Product has been repaired by anyone other than BWS Consulting are not covered. Any damage attributable to acts of God are also not covered.

BWS Consulting, at our option, may replace rather than repair a BWS stereo product with a new or reconditioned unit of the same or similar design. The original unit or replacement will be warranted for (a) 90 days, or (b) the remainder of the original five (5) year warranty period, whichever is longer.

This limited warranty may be transferred to a new owner only if the BWS product is sent to BWS for inspection and certified to be in normal operating condition within 90-days of its transfer. The cost of the inspection is $50.00. The reason that BWS requires inspection of the unit is to ensure its proper operation and that it meet BWS performance specifications. This benefits both the seller and the buyer. The new owner must register by writing to BWS Consulting within 90-days of the BWS product inspection.

BWS Consulting shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product, or arising out of any breach of this warranty. No warranties, whether expressed or implied, shall apply to this product after the said period.
